Marc Michiel is a real estate consultant who serves the San Fernando Valley with The Dinsky Team at Equity Union. Born and raised in West Hills, he has a deep understanding of Los Angeles and the valley. From a young age, Marc displayed an unrelenting work ethic from his hard-working family. He graduated locally at Cal State University Northridge, earning a business degree in Finance, where his excitement for real estate comes from. Prior to real estate, he worked on the lending side of the business with short-term fix and flip loans, which gave him great knowledge when it came to working with developers and their needs. Marc, having experience working in valuations at a top mortgage firm equipped him with great knowledge when it comes to working alongside investors. Marc understands the need to properly market his clients’ properties through all channels, including a heavy social media presence. What sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to his clients and his relentless work ethic. Marc is known for going above and beyond. Whether it meant working late into the night to find the ideal listings or negotiating deals to ensure a property met his clients’ standards, he spared no effort. He recognized that buying a home is one of life’s most significant decisions and he made it his mission to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He hit the ground running once he made the switch into real estate, having done multiple deals just a couple of months into the business, and is now looking to take his business to the next level, joining one of the most accredited teams in Los Angeles. He truly loves the business and gets great satisfaction from helping his clients. Marc enjoys time out of the office at the gym, hiking, or doing something outdoors with friends.
