I have worked with Andrew on several deals and have found his knowledge, negotiating skill and attention to detail to be second to none. We recently sold our home and purchased a new one. Selling and buying at the same time plus making a contingency offer can be a difficult process. Andrew assisted in identifying a developer interested in our property and guiding us through a complicated sales process. Andrew was responsive and helpful in our communications with the developer. We would definitely use Andrew again should we find ourselves looking to sell and/or buy.

Andrew helped us purchase our first home and he was a pleasure to work with. We told him exactly what we were looking for (we wanted a nice house in an area we couldn't afford), but Andrew introduced us to a new neighborhood, which we hadn't been exposed to before. This was a neighborhood that was actually in our price range and a wonderful pocket with a great school system. He then found us the perfect house within this pocket. Andrew is fantastic. I was working with a different broker and kept losing to all-cash buyers, so my friend suggested I talk to Andrew. Andrew helped my wife and I buy our first home. Even before we were officially looking, Andrew took the time to chat with me about what my situation was, what kind of home we were interested in, and to give me a sense of what the home buying process was. This was several months before we started the process and Andrew knew that we weren’t ready to start quite yet. Nonetheless, he graciously let me pick his brain and learn from his expertise.

After we closed, some structural issues that had not been found in the inspection came up… and even though it was after closing Andrew still had our back. He was able to quickly help us get everything resolved and with a minimum of complications.
