As we are not living in the area, we needed an agent to take care of many tasks for us when selling our Southern California home. Andrew Dinsky has a sparkling reputation and it was an easy call to hire him and his crack team. They took care of the many chores the come with selling a house at top-dollar, including carpeting, cleaning, repairs, photography, promotion and extensive staging. The Dinsky Team was there for us, getting bids, waiting for workmen to arrive, taking care of sundries like new keys and closing out satellite service. This sale was not an easy one, and the team was always there, finding back-up offers, negotiating good terms, and guiding us through escrow to a successful close.

According to the Urban Dictionary, “dinsky” means beyond excellent, as in: "That flying squirrel was totally dinsky.” We would add realtor Andrew Dinsky to that definition. When it comes to selling homes, Andrew is totally dinsky. We entrusted him with the sale of the Sherman Oaks ranch we'd lived in for 25 years. We’re not flippers, investors or developers; we're a family, putting our beloved 1,900 square feet of memories up for sale. The house hunt can be an incredibly nerve-racking and uneasy experience, especially in this truly insane market. However, we were fortunate enough that our friend referred us to Andrew. It's so important to not overlook the necessity of a realtor having this quality. It was a huge help to us while considering homes and when doing inspections. All in all, don't look any further, Andrew is the best!

Andrew was terrific from start to finish. He was calm and stress-free. He came on early in the process with suggestions on the remodel that would maximize profit. He recommended great people for landscaping and staging and guided us through the showing and sale. He listened to us, digested our expectations, and crafted an excellent plan. His use of data, tech and social media was an integral part of his strategy. He did a great job building hype for the house in the days leading up to the open house weekend. He was accessible and kept us informed on open house traffic and offers at every step. The house sold in three days at a way above asking. Andrew did an amazing job selling our house at a price that literally astounded us. We had heard he was known for getting top-dollar for his sellers, and our house went $100K over our "dream" price. This was due, in my view, to his expertise on every aspect of selling - staging, timing, listing price, presentation of the house, and the right number of open houses before the offer deadline. He then went back and got counter offers and again - a response to the house that exceeded what we had even hoped for.

Andrew and his assistant Alex were amazing! They are the best! They were thorough and professional and great to work with. They staged the unit beautifully. They kept me apprised about the status of potential offers and always let me know as soon as a new one came in. They were honest and forthright- no games. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Even after the first buyer pulled out at the last minute, they were able to get my unit back on market immediately and I had a solid offer by the next day. It was a joy to deal with them throughout a process that could have been very stressful, but was not because of their professionalism, care, and knowledge.
