The Dinsky team is THE best! There are so many real estate agents in LA, how do you even pick one!? But the Dinsky team caught my eye because they had impeccable reviews and we saw that they sold and bought many beautiful homes in the areas we were looking in. Once we set up a call with Andrew, we knew he was our agent. The search for a new home felt helpless before him; we had been looking for most of 2021 with no success (in case someone in the future reads this review and doesn’t understand, 2021 was a very difficult year to be a buyer), but once we retained him has our agent, we found our new home within a month. He has amazing connections and we were able to get an off market listing. He was never pushy in the search process and always gave great advice. We were even able to beat out a higher offer thanks to him. He also recommended other great people to work with (go with his recommendations!! We got an amazing rate for our financing). His team is amazing too—thanks Alex and Brandon for everything! If you are looking for a real estate agent, there is no one better to go with. Buying a home is a difficult process, but Andrew and his team make the process so seamless. Andrew and Brandon are a true pleasure to work with. As we worked to find a new house (on a tight timeframe) they were on top on things from the very beginning. Andrew Dinsky and his team are fantastic! We met Andrew at a showing for a property we found on Zillow, but we didn’t have our own agent yet. We were impressed with Andrew’s knowledge of the neighborhood and liked his tone - he was honest and friendly (not overly aggressive or pushy). Andrew told us about a potential seller in the same neighborhood that was moving out of state, but they didn’t want to list their property. Andrew managed to get us in first and our offer was accepted! We had a long escrow and a rent back which caused a few bumps in the road, but Andrew and his team remained responsive and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
