Andrew and Brandon are a true pleasure to work with. As we worked to find a new house (on a tight timeframe) they were on top on things from the very beginning. Andrew Dinsky and his team are fantastic! We met Andrew at a showing for a property we found on Zillow, but we didn’t have our own agent yet. We were impressed with Andrew’s knowledge of the neighborhood and liked his tone - he was honest and friendly (not overly aggressive or pushy). Andrew told us about a potential seller in the same neighborhood that was moving out of state, but they didn’t want to list their property. Andrew managed to get us in first and our offer was accepted! We had a long escrow and a rent back which caused a few bumps in the road, but Andrew and his team remained responsive and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
