Here is a detailed timeline of my experience with Andrew to demonstrate how he built trust. I originally had Andrew co-list my property right before lockdown started. That original experience was not great. My condo was not getting any interest, and we decided to take a "wait and see" approach vs getting creative and hustling given the turn in the market. A few months later, I expressed my concerns to Andrew - that I need the best effort put forth in order to sell this property (as it was a beautiful condo but there was just uncertainty in the market). What I appreciated was that he owned up to it immediately vs giving me excuses. He said that he has a very high bar for all his other listings, and he wants to make sure that we use our creativity and strategic sense to deliver results despite lockdown. Given his sincerity and commitment, I decided to list with him. Immediately I saw a change in his approach to marketing the property and getting the word out. I highly recommend Andrew. He's very knowledgeable and makes himself available to deal with the "fire drills" that always occur in real estate transactions. So what can I say about Andrew?..." The Best of the Best". We had tried to sell the house with other agents who were good, yet could not sell the house! We waited a couple of months and put house back on the market and it sold within 2 weeks. Andrew instructed us so well on how the house would sell the fastest and it worked!
